Job summary

Graepel North America is seeking a Brake Press Operator in Omaha, NE to setup and run CNC brake presses for metal fabrication. You will analyze work orders and blueprints, ensure parts meet quality standards, and document production results.

The role requires reading blueprints, operating measuring devices, and working in a team environment to achieve 0-defect goals. Hours are Monday-Thursday 6 am to 2:30 pm and Friday 6 am to 12 pm.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and understand part function.
• Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Ability to use direct read measuring devices.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC brake press and operate for metal fabrication.
• Assemble parts and ensure accuracy to specifications.
• Inspect parts during production using measuring tools.
• Document quantities and report defects to supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Work a regular schedule as determined by supervision.
