Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions precisely.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend sheet metal per drawings.
• Review production schedules and complete daily tasks per priorities.
• Verify programs, tooling, and setups before starting.
• Inspect parts for tolerances and quality compliance.
• Adjust machines to maintain standards and quality.
• Perform routine machine checks and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material flow and stocked materials for production.
• Monitor brake programs and seek efficiency improvements.
• Communicate issues to the Fabrication Lead promptly.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and delivery dates.
• Cross-train in other fabrication areas as needed.
