Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical prints.
• Maintain tolerances of ±0.005 and 1/2 degree.
• Use micrometers and calipers for precise measurements.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing-based mechanical assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fabrication, Assembly, and Hardware insertion departments.
• Perform independent setups on CNC brakes (85-250 ton).
• Provide on-the-job training and cross-functional development.
• Document part dimensions to ensure quality and traceability.
