Job summary
Hadrian, building the future of manufacturing, seeks a Manufacturing Specialist to join our autonomous factory initiative in Mesa, AZ. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of Applications Engineering, CNC Controls, and shop floor operations, enabling engineering velocity and production reliability.
You will assist with machine setup, tool development, diagnostics, and documentation, contributing to scalable manufacturing systems and the deployment of new machining capabilities across our
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience as factory technician.
- Minimum 6 months experience operating CNC machines.
- Working knowledge of CNC machining and tooling fundamentals.
- Basic troubleshooting capability across mechanical and software systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and a bias toward action and learning.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Applications Engineers on machine setup and tool builds.
- Execute tool life studies and new tool evaluations.
- Tool crib support including troubleshooting, software updates, and licensing.
- Assist CNC Controls Engineers with diagnostic routines and calibration.
- Perform internal machining operations to support production and development needs; machine commissioning and calibration.
- Document procedures and contribute to technician training materials.
