Job summary

Hadrian in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to advance CNC automation in its growing factories. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of Applications Engineering, CNC Controls, and shop floor operations, enabling faster engineering velocity and improved production reliability.

You will work with engineering and operations to deploy new machining capabilities, document procedures, and train technicians, contributing directly to scalable, repeatable manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a factory technician.
• At least 6 months operating CNC machines.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining and tooling fundamentals.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and software systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers on machine setup and tool builds for development runs.
• Conduct tool life studies and execute test programs; support tool/software updates.
• Assist CNC controls engineers with diagnostic routines and calibration.
• Perform internal machining to support production and development; handle machine commissioning.
• Document procedures and contribute training materials.
