Job summary

Edge Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Technical Support team in the St. Louis area. You will travel for hands-on training during the first year, then be based in St. Louis with occasional travel, supporting CNC lathes via magazine bar feeder equipment. The role requires 2–5 years of related field service experience on PLC/HMI driven systems, strong customer communication, and solid electronics knowledge. Driving is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years field service experience or equivalent training on PLC/HMI motion control
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and represent the company
• Knowledge of industrial electronics, wiring, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with CNC turning centers is a plus
• Proficient in Windows and software like Salesforce Lightning
• Self-motivated and project-driven

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and service magazine feeder equipment on CNC lathes at customer sites
• Travel on-site for troubleshooting customer machinery issues
• Receive briefing from Technical Support before customer visits
• Collaborate with the team to develop corrective plans
• Tools and instruments are provided
