Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in mechanical/manufacturing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of CNC machine tool operation experience.
• Strong customer-facing, communication and reporting skills.
• Experience with CAD/CAM and G-code programming.
• Willingness to travel ~15% and train customers on machine use.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical information on Mazak machine tools to Sales and customers.
• Recommend parts processing and tooling to optimize part production.
• Create proposals including labor, tooling, and work holding costs.
• Demonstrate machine operation and features at trade shows and events.
• Train customers on safe machine operation and detailed machine functions.
