Job summary

Mazak Corporation seeks a senior leader to direct an Applications Engineering group responsible for the mechanical and software integration of Mazak products. You will guide project pricing, tool selection, and scheduling to meet customer needs while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee demonstrations, staff development, and close collaboration with Mazak leadership. Expect frequent travel and active engagement with customers and vendors worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent (high school diploma + 10+ years experience).
• Ten years’+ experience in fast-paced, highly technical manufacturing using CNC machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a group of Applications Engineers coordinating mechanical and software integration for Mazak products.
• Develop proposals, perform time studies, tool and pricing planning for customers.
• Guide project assignments from proposal to installation and ensure successful demonstrations.
