Job summary

Mazak Corporation's Southeast Applications department is seeking an Applications Engineer to join the team in Suwanee, GA. You will assist Sales staff by providing technical information on Mazak machine tools to help produce customer parts efficiently and with robust quality.

The role requires hands-on experience with CNC machines, CAD/CAM tools, and strong communication. Travel (~15%) is expected. The position reports to the Southeast Technology Center in Suwanee, GA.

Qualifications

• Degree or cert in mechanical/manufacturing or related field.
• Associates + 2 years machine tool experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical information on Mazak machine tools to customers and sales staff.
• Support customers with part processing and tool/holding recommendations.
• Demonstrate machine operation and features at events and trade shows.
• Travel up to 15% as needed.
