Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on 5-axis CNC machining experience.
• Proficiency in CAM programming for 5-axis milling.
• Experience with Fanuc controls and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level support for CNC machines, 5-axis functions and data editing.
• On-site technical training for customers and dealers.
• Provide expert advice to assist sales.
• Assist customers and dealers via phone, email, or video meetings.
• Create technical documentation for machine function changes.
• Develop content for trade shows and dealer events.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
