Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician at our Knoxville, TN facility to support maintenance, repair, and reliability of CNC machining and AM production equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and help maximize uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of industrial maintenance or CNC experience, a high school diploma, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow detailed procedures. U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation.
• Foundational ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on CNC machines and production support equipment.
• Assist with intermediate troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with limited supervision.
• Support repairs, adjustments, and component replacements in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Help with machine installations, equipment moves, leveling, and startup activities.
• Complete daily, weekly, and scheduled maintenance tasks with growing independence.
• Use maintenance ticketing systems to document work performed and update task status.
• Communicate equipment issues and status updates to senior technicians and supervisors.
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and correctly.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives as directed.
• Assist the maintenance team with general tasks to support production uptime.
