Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and foundational troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial maintenance and basic machine systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean manufacturing environment by following procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on CNC machines and production support equipment.
• Assist with intermediate troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with limited supervision.
• Support repairs, adjustments, and component replacements with senior technicians.
• Assist with machine installations, equipment moves, leveling, and startup activities.
• Complete daily, weekly, and scheduled maintenance tasks with growing independence.
• Use maintenance ticketing systems to document work performed and update task status.
• Communicate equipment issues and status updates to senior technicians and supervisors.
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and correctly.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives as directed.
• Assist the maintenance team with general tasks to support production uptime.
