International company looking for a manager to run their CNC operations in Clark County, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee CNC Machining Operations: Manage the entire CNC machining process, from planning and scheduling to execution and quality control.
2. Ensure Production Targets: Meet production deadlines and quotas by optimizing workflows and resource allocation.
3. Maintain AS9100 Quality Standards: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications.
4. Train and Develop CNC Machinists: Provide training and mentorship to machinists, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to operate machines effectively.
5. Optimize Workflows: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
6. Collaborate with Other Teams: Work with engineering, production, and other departments to meet customer and company objectives.
7. Problem-Solving: Address technical issues and resolve problems that arise during the machining process.
