Job Title: Barista & Coffee Shop Manager

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Barista & Coffee Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of our coffee store. This dual-role position requires someone who not only excels at crafting high-quality, coffee-inspired beverages but also has strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee store performance, inventory, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and craft a menu of unique, coffee-inspired drinks and seasonal specialties
• Maintain high standards for drink quality, presentation, and customer experience
• Educate customers about our coffee selections, ingredients, and brewing methods
• Keep bar and equipment clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times

Managerial Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment
• Order and manage inventory of all products, including coffee, syrups, cups, and equipment
• Build and manage a team of up to 4 baristas and support staff: hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor labor costs, sales trends, and supply levels to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Create and implement systems to improve customer service, cleanliness, and workflow
• Collaborate with ownership on marketing strategies, events, and promotions
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of barista experience (managerial experience strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso equipment, and drink customization
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with ordering, scheduling, and POS systems
