Job summary

Fathom Digital Manufacturing is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Hartland, Wisconsin. This role involves preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair of shop floor equipment with a focus on maximizing machine uptime.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in CNC, Additive, or similar plant maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and professionalism.
• Ability to read blueprints and execute shop math.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair of shop floor equipment.
• Work to reduce unplanned downtime by assessing equipment.
• Communicate equipment status within the organization.

Skills

Diagnose and repair CNC, Additive (3D Printing), and factory production equipment

Troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems

Basic building maintenance

Strong communication skills
