Job summary

Fathom in Hartland, WI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, calibration and repair of shop floor equipment. Keeping machine uptime as the top priority, you will troubleshoot CNC and additive manufacturing systems and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Responsibilities include installing new equipment, maintaining spare parts inventory, reducing unplanned downtime, and communicating equipment status across the site.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in CNC, Additive, or similar plant maintenance.
• Technical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems (24VDC-480VAC).
• Strong leadership, accountability, communication and professional attitude.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math.

Salary Range: $25.00 To $40.00 Hourly

Job/Position Summary:

The Industrial maintenance technician will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, calibration and repair of shop floor equipment. Machine uptime is the highest priority for the position.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Diagnose and repair CNC, and/or Additive (3D Printing), and factory production equipment
• Basic building maintenance
• Sustain a preventative maintenance plan
• Coordinate with outside vendors for machine maintenance and repairs
• Assist with installations of new equipment
• Work to reduce unplanned down time by assessing equipment and establishing countermeasures
• Maintain spare parts inventory levels to support high machine uptime
• Communicate equipment status within the organization.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Technical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation, or related course of studya plus but not required.
• 3 years of experience in CNC, Additive, or similar plant maintenance
• Experience trouble shooting PLC's, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, 24VDC-480VAC
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, professionalism, accountability, communication, and positive attitude.
• The ability to read blueprints and execute shop math
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
