Job summary

Fathom is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Round Rock, TX to perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair of shop floor equipment, prioritizing uptime. You will diagnose CNC and production equipment, read blueprints, and coordinate with vendors to keep machinery running smoothly.

Responsibilities include sustaining a maintenance plan, installing new equipment, reducing unplanned downtime, maintaining spare parts inventory, and communicating equipment status across

Qualifications

3 years of experience in CNC
Expert Mazak & Haas maintenance and repair
Troubleshoot PLCs, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
Read blueprints and perform shop math
Strong work ethic and detail orientation

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair CNC and factory production equipment
Maintain a preventative maintenance plan
Coordinate with outside vendors for maintenance and repairs
Assist with installations of new equipment
Reduce unplanned downtime by assessing equipment
Maintain spare parts inventory and communicate status
