CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking CNC Machine Operators to join our team in Claremont, NH. This role supports 2nd and 3rd shifts in a clean, growth-focused facility that values internal development.

You will interpret blueprints, set up basic tooling, and monitor production to ensure dimensions and tolerances are met with care for safety and quality. 18+ with HS diploma or GED required, and prior machining experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Teamwork, reliability and safety awareness required.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to organize work assignments, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively to ensure efficient operations and productivity.


• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate situations, identify issues, and determine effective solutions.


• Knowledge of basic mathematical principles, including measurements, calculations, and numerical problem-solving required in a manufacturing environment.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine material dimensions and production requirements.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing specifications, measurements, and work instructions.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous related experience preferred.


• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.


• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative work environment.


• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
