Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking qualified CNAs (GNA/CNA-I) and CM-T certified staff to support residents with daily living and medical administration within our Parkville, MD community.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($19.00–$23.36) with shift differentials, onsite medical centers, education assistance, a 401(k) plan, and free onsite parking, among other benefits, to help you grow and thrive in a supportive retiree-focused environment.

Formación

• Current GNA/CNA-I certification for Maryland
• Current CM-T certification for Maryland
• 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans with focus on strengths and routines
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly
• Administration of medication to residents

Location:

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living

We are hiring personnel who are certified as both a GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant / CNA-I) and a CMT (Certified Medicine Technician). Our Care Associates support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs.

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $19.00 - $23.36 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.

Shift differentials include:

$1.00 hourly for evening shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm, Mondays through Fridays)

$1.00 hourly for night shift (11:00pm - 7:30am, Mondays through Fridays)

$2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts)

Help people live better lives by:

• Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need:

• Current GNA/CNA-I certification for Maryland
• Current CM-T certification for Maryland
• 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
