Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. in Maryland is hiring a CNA-1 (GNA) to provide compassionate personal care to residents recently discharged or in long-term care. Full-time or part-time shifts available; PRN is not accepted.

You will assist with bathing, mobility, vitals, feeding, and documentation in our care software, with daily pay options and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Maryland CNA-1 certification (GNA) required
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation
• Kind, compassionate, dependable, team player

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting
• Mobility support: repositioning, transfers, walking safely
• Vitals & monitoring: check vitals/weight and report changes
• Feeding & hydration: assist with meals and fluids
• Living assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, participate in activities
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support
• Document: enter information into care software

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
