Job summary

High Point Residence Wood River, IL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. You will provide direct, hands-on care to residents, supporting daily living activities and ensuring safety and comfort.

Shifts include 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, with every other weekend. On-call rotation is included. Collaboration with nursing staff is essential to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities

Responsibilities:
