Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility.
• Monitor and document vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Provide compassionate emotional support while promoting resident dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to community policies.
• Ensure resident rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident care protocols.

About the Role

High Point Residence Quincy is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide exceptional, resident-centered care while supporting each resident's dignity, comfort, independence, and overall well-being. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in assisted living, supportive living, skilled nursing, or long-term care

Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Key Responsibilities
