Job summary

High Point Residence Taylorville is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs to join our team in Taylorville, IL. You will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents, promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

You will work closely with our nursing and wellness teams to ensure personalized care according to each resident's care plan, in a safe, welcoming environment. Prior experience in senior living is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and other personal care needs.
• Support residents during meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Safely assist with resident transfers, mobility, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Observe residents and communicate changes in condition, concerns, or needs to the nursing team.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas.
• Change bed linens, restock resident supplies, and assist with maintaining a comfortable environment.
• Follow resident care plans, community policies, and established safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other departments to provide an exceptional resident experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Wellness Director or nursing leadership.

About the Role

High Point Residence Taylorville is seeking compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

As a CNA, you will provide hands‑on care and daily support to residents while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life. You will work closely with our nursing and wellness teams to ensure each resident receives personalized care in accordance with their individual care plan.
