Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Naples, Florida is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide person-centered care and support to residents. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and administering medications. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.

• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are met.

Overview

Location: Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation: Pay range from $20/hour to $25/hour

Available Part Time Shift

• Days (7 AM to 3:30 PM) - Week 1: Monday and Saturday, Week 2: Sunday and Wednesday

How You Will Make An Impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What You Will Need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred
