Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Naples, FL, is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living and clinical needs. This role involves administering medications and integrating care with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed promptly.
• Administration of medication to residents.

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation: Pay range from $20/hour to $25/hour

Schedule: This role will be scheduled on an “as needed” basis

How you will make an impact

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred.
