Recover-Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide exceptional nursing care for residents. You will be supported by a skilled team including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, ensuring infection control, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifikationen

• CNA certification is required.
• Compassion and caring demeanor.
• Reliable in scheduled shifts and responsibilities.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Aufgaben

• Enhance residents' quality of life.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments.
• Adhere to infection control procedures.
• Document and chart care for each resident.
