Qualifications

• Must be a Wisconsin-registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Able to communicate well in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to guests in a nourishing environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Monitor and document vital signs and health status per nursing plan.
• Support wound care nursing staff and report changes.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices at all times.
