Edenbrook Platteville, part of Eden Senior Care, is hiring licensed practical nurses (LPN) for full-time and part-time roles in Platteville, Wisconsin. You will provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care, supervise aides, and administer medications as ordered while maintaining high standards of care.

We offer shift differentials: weekdays PMs $2.50/hr and NOCs $3.00/hr, weekends $1.00/hr, a $2,000 full-time sign-on bonus, a $1,000 part-time sign-on, and up to $5,250 yearly

Qualifications

• Hold a Current State License as an LPN
• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Able to communicate well in verbal and written forms
• Experience in long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process
• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy
