Job summary

Eden Senior Care's Edenbrook of Green Bay is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team. Full-time and Part-Time roles available with sign-on bonuses of $4,000 (full-time) or $2,000 (part-time). Starting pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, with PMs and NOCs differential.

As a CNA, you will provide quality care, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, document care and maintain a safe, respectful environment. Experience in long-term care is preferred; Wisconsin CNA certification required.

Qualifications

• Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in Wisconsin.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to guests in a nourishing environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Monitor residents, perform routine tasks, and report observations to nurses.
• Maintain skin integrity and prevent pressure ulcers.
• Complete medical records and ensure confidentiality.
