Edenbrook Appleton, part of Eden Senior Care, is seeking positive and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. Full-time and part-time shifts available on evenings with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible FT hires.

Provide quality resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor health, document care, and collaborate with nurses. We offer health, dental and vision benefits, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in long-term care.
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms.
• Committed to interacting professionally with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to Guests in a nourishing environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Attend to residents' needs including incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, ROM, and related tasks.
• Document care in medical records and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices at all times.
• Respond to call lights promptly and courteously.
• Assist with admissions, readmissions, and transfers between rooms.
• Communicate effectively with Guests, families, and staff.
