Responsibilities

• Foster a warm, caring atmosphere for residents and teammates.
• Assist with daily living needs including hygiene, bathing, oral care, skin and nail care, and hand washing.
• Orient residents to surroundings and help them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Support nutritional needs by serving meals and assisting with intake.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement as needed.
• Collaborate with the charge nurse to ensure quality care.

AM Shift: 06:30AM to 02:30PM

PM Shift: 02:30PM to 10:30PM

NOC Shift: 10:30PM to 06:30AM

AM SHIFT: $3,000 Loyalty Bonus!

Great Shift Differentials – Earn More for Nights & Weekends!

AM Shift: +$2.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)

PM Shift: +$5.00/hour (Monday–Friday) | +$7.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)

NOC Shift: +$4.00/hour (Monday–Friday) | +$6.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Responsibilities

• Be a Cedar Community Champion by fostering a warm, caring atmosphere for residents and team members.
• Assist with Daily Living Needs including personal hygiene, bathing, oral care, skin and nail care, and hand washing.
• Help Residents Feel at Home by orienting them to their surroundings and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed.

• Be a Cheerleader & Companion —provide emotional support and encouragement when it’s needed most.
• Work as a Team Player by assisting wherever needed under the direction of the charge nurse.
