Job summary

Cedar Community in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our resident-centered team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care to meet resident needs, documenting observations clearly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid Wisconsin RN or LPN license (or equivalent).
• Current CPR certification.
• 6 months to 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet resident needs.
• Document observations and nursing interventions clearly and accurately.
• Assign and lead CNA duties based on resident needs and staffing levels.
• Maintain a caseload of 14–65 residents, depending on assignment.

• AM: +$2.00/hr (Saturday & Sunday)
• PM: +$5.00/hr (Mon–Fri) | +$7.00/hr (Sat–Sun)
• NOC: +$4.00/hr (Mon–Fri) | +$6.00/hr (Sat–Sun)
