Job summary

Cedar Community in Wisconsin is seeking LPNs or RNs for part-time PM shifts with no weekends. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, document interventions, and lead CNAs while managing a resident caseload.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin (or equivalent).
• Current CPR certification.
• 6 months to 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet resident needs.
• Document observations and nursing interventions clearly and accurately.
• Assign and lead CNA duties based on resident needs and staffing levels.
• Maintain a caseload of 14–65 residents, depending on assignment.

• PM: +$5.00/hr (Mon–Fri) | +$7.00/hr (Sat–Sun)
• NOC: +$4.00/hr (Mon–Fri) | +$6.00/hr (Sat–Sun)
