Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid State of Wisconsin LPN or RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather data, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of residents.
• Chart observations and nursing interventions clearly and timely.
• Assign CNA duties based on resident needs and staffing levels.
• Maintain a specified level of care for a caseload of 14 to 65 residents.

  +$2.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)
• PM Shift:
  +$5.00/hour (Monday–Friday) | +$7.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)

  +$4.00/hour (Monday–Friday) | +$6.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Responsibilities

• 🩺 Deliver Compassionate Care – Gather data, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care needs of residents.
