Job summary

Lake Ridge Care Center, part of Cassia, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team in Buffalo, MN. This part-time position includes every-other weekend, night shifts 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and a competitive wage of $22.60–$24.96 per hour plus a $4 shift differential.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring health, documenting care, and collaborating with nurses to provide high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota CNA certificate required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on the charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed activities.
• Observe and report changes in condition to the supervisor.
