Job summary

Ecumen Lakeshore in Duluth, MN is seeking a Part-Time CNA for an Overnight/NOC shift with an every-other-weekend rotation to join a 5-Star SNF.

You will provide personal care per the individualized care plan, support nursing staff, monitor residents, and participate in admissions and discharges. The role includes a pay range of $22.06–$25.60 per hour with a $1/hour overnight shift differential and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with admissions and discharges as needed.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
