Job summary

High Point Residence in Waterloo, IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care, including ADLs, vital signs, and companionship.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at High Point Residence. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work closely with our nursing staff to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for helping others.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a long-term care or assisted living facility
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities

Responsibilities:
