Job summary

High Point Residence Fox Valley is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs to join our care team. In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance, emotional support, and personalized care to residents in a 12-hour shift environment.

You will work closely with the nursing and wellness teams to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for residents, while documenting vital signs and changes in condition. This position requires every other weekend availability and a commitment to helping residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support residents during mealtimes and assist with feeding when needed.
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Observe, document, and promptly report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Respond courteously and promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment.
• Change bed linens, restock supplies, and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life through compassionate care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director or nursing supervisor.

About the Role

High Point Residence Fox Valley is seeking compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. In this role, you will play an essential part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing hands-on assistance, emotional support, and personalized care. Working closely with our nursing and wellness teams, you will help ensure each resident receives exceptional care in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
