Nexus Health in Illinois is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver direct resident care and assist with daily living activities. You will monitor residents, support comfort, and report changes to the care team, ensuring patient well-being in a team-driven environment.

Position Overview: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality resident care. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support resident comfort and well-being.
Available Schedules:
6am to 2pm (Part Time)
2pm to 10pm (Full or Part Time)
10pm to 6am (Part Time)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Follow Infection Control & Safety Protocols

Preferred Qualifications:
Active CNA certification in the State of Illinois.
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
