Job summary

High Point Residence Crete is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs to join our team and provide resident-centered care in a warm, safe environment.

You will work with nursing staff to assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, document care, and promote dignity and independence for seniors in our care. Rotating schedule with every other Monday, Friday, and weekend off. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Illinois required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and ability to complete electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Monitor and document vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
• Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or condition promptly.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Complete accurate documentation of resident care.

About the Role

High Point Residence Crete is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivatedCertified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team!

In this role, you will provide hands-on, resident-centered care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for those we serve.

You will work closely with our nursing and care teams to support residents with their daily needs, promote independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Minimum Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the State of Illinois

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

Basic computer skills and ability to complete electronic documentation

Ability to work assigned shifts and rotating weekends

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in assisted living, supportive living, memory care, or long‑term care

Experience providing direct care to seniors or individuals with disabilities
