What to Expect As a CNA/Unit Clerk

• Perform patient care duties including ADL’s.
• Take vital signs, pulse oximetry readings, weigh patients and report abnormal readings.
• Assemble treatment equipment and assist the nurse with procedures.
• Be able to multi‑task and have consistent professional etiquette.
• Effectively use basic medical terminology.

• Interpret basic arrhythmias.
• Be responsible for the surveillance of arrhythmias on monitored patients.
