Job summary

Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in Ste. Genevieve, MO seeks a CNA/Unit Clerk for Med Surg – full‑time, in a small, first‑class facility known for patient safety and personalized care.

You’ll perform ADLs, take vital signs, assist with procedures, manage the phone system, display professional etiquette, interpret basic arrhythmias, and support nurses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

CNA/UNIT CLERK – Med Surg – FULL -TIME

What to expect as a CNA/Unit Clerk:

• Perform patient care duties including ADL’s.


• Take vital signs, pulse oximetry readings, weigh patients and report abnormal readings.


• Assemble treatment equipment and assist the nurse with procedures.


• Be able to multi-task and have consistent professional etiquette.


• Effectively use basic medical terminology.


• Manage the phone system and have excellent computer skills.


• Interpret basic arrhythmias.


• Be responsible for the surveillance of arrhythmias on monitored patients
