Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in Ste. Genevieve, MO is a community‑focused Critical Access hospital with a 25‑bed unit and a mission to provide personalized care.

We are seeking an RN for Med Surg on a full-time basis, offering up to $7,500 in hiring incentives and a supportive team, with emphasis on compassionate care, clinical excellence, and strong patient safety. Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license.
• 1–3 years Med Surg or related experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver care to a team of assigned patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Be proficient with clinical skills and assessments, critical thinking, and time management.
• Work in a teamwork environment and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Use critical thinking, strong clinical assessments and clear communication.
• Provide personal, compassionate care and maintain excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Maintain a nurse-patient ratio around 1:5.

Requirements

What to expect as a Med Surg RN:

Qualifications:

• Current Missouri RN license.
• Previous Med Surg (1-3 years preferred) or related experience desired.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required.
