Caprock Nursing seeks a dependable Transportation Aide – CNA to ensure residents are safely transported to appointments and activities while receiving attentive care. You will drive residents, monitor safety, assist with transfers, and support CNA duties in the facility when not transporting.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license with a clean record, being 25 or older for insurance, and a current Texas CNA certification; DMV background checks and the Employee Driver Proficiency program

Formación

• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance requirements.
• Must have a current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas.
• Able to pass the DMV check and qualify for company insurance.
• Complete the Employee Driver Proficiency program.
• Demonstrate strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort during transport.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper technique.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Support the CNA team with duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
