Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Transportation Aide - CNA to safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities, while delivering compassionate care and attention to safety. The role requires a valid Texas Nursing Assistant Certification, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass DMV checks.

You will assist with CNA duties when not transporting, and benefit from health coverage, PTO, and 401(k) retirement options.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid driver’s license and has a clean driving record.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Texas required.
• Demonstrates strong communication, patience, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Monitor safety and comfort throughout transport.
• Watch for changes in residents' condition and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with ambulation and transfers using assistive devices and proper technique.
• Record vitals when needed during transport.
• Assist with CNA duties in the facility when not transporting residents.
