Flint Ridge in Newark, Ohio is seeking a dependable, caring Transportation Aide (CNA required) to help residents get to medical appointments, outings, and facility activities with safety and compassion.

Competenze

• Current CNA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Healthcare transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Transport residents safely to appointments, outings, and activities.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles with care, dignity, and respect.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with the facility team.
• Complete basic vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate trip records and mileage logs.
• Communicate transportation updates to residents, families, and staff.
• Follow infection control and resident safety procedures.
