Responsibilities include driving residents to appointments in cities like Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus, coordinating schedules, and providing on-floor support when not driving.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to drive to Cleveland, Toledo and Columbus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transportation needs, driving residents to appointments and other destinations.
• Support transportation logistics, prep residents for travel and maintain safety.
• Assist on the floor or with additional support duties when not driving.
• Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls; assist with basic clerical tasks.
• Facilitate communication between departments for smooth daily operations.
