Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Prior driving or transportation experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and activities.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with residents, staff, and appointment sites.
• Adjust schedules as appointments and resident needs change.
• Provide a positive and supportive experience for residents.
