SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Transportation Services Driver for our Pinehurst, NC area. The role involves transporting patients and supporting clinical teams in a state-of-the-art facility, with emphasis on safety, compassion, and reliable scheduling.

You will assist patients with transfers, coordinate with care staff, and help maintain a welcoming environment for residents and families. On-site training and uniform provisions are included as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Current valid driver's license with no serious infractions.
• CNA certification and experience in customer service, transportation and healthcare preferred.
• Training will be offered on-site regardless of level of experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients in/out of vans, assist with transfers, and move them to treatment areas using wheelchairs or beds.
• Communicate with outside entities with excellent customer service.
• Comfort patients and families with support, punctuality, and cultural sensitivity.
• Transport equipment and supplies to treatment areas.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and regulations.
• Enhance organization reputation by ownership and adding value to job accomplishments.
• Manage confidential patient information.
• Ensure residents have a safe transportation experience.
• Engage in training on hire and ongoing to stay up-to-date with safety practices.
