Companion Health Services LLC in Guthrie, OK is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as CNAs and participate in a 2-week company-paid CNA certification program at our facility in Guthrie, OK. After completing training, you will transition into a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant role under supervision of licensed nurses.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions from licensed nurses.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers/positioning.
• Monitor and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support residents' social and emotional well-being through engagement.
• Maintain clean, organized living spaces and make beds.
• Follow safety and infection-control protocols.
